How to Get Verified
Verifying your identity is required to validate your account and remove transaction limits. This guide walks you through the full process step by step.
Start the verification
From the home screen, tap the "Please verify your identity" banner to begin the verification process.
Begin the process
The verification screen outlines the 3 steps ahead: completing your information, providing an ID document, and taking a selfie. Tap "Proceed to verification" to get started.
Fill in your personal information
Complete the form with your first name, last name, date of birth, full address (region, city, street, numbers) and contact details. Tap "Next" when done.
Choose your identity document
Select your nationality and the type of identification document (national ID card, passport, etc.), then enter your identification number. Tap "Next" to continue.
Scan your document
Place your ID on a dark surface and take a photo of the front then the back. Make sure all 4 corners are within the frame, and that the card is legible and free of glare.
Review and submit
A summary of all your information is displayed (personal details, nationality, document number). Check that everything is correct, then tap "Submit". You will receive a notification once the verification is complete.
