These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kori Pay platform, including our website, mobile applications, APIs, and related services. By accessing or using Kori Pay, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Kori Pay platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use Kori Pay, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Be a resident of a country where Kori Pay services are available
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Account Registration

• Peer-to-peer money transfers
• Merchant payment processing
• Virtual card issuance
• Bill payment services
• API access for business integrations
• Payment link generation

5. Fees and Charges

Kori Pay may charge fees for certain transactions and services. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice. Fee changes will be communicated via email and in-app notifications.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Kori Pay for:

• Any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Money laundering or financing of terrorism
• Transactions involving prohibited goods or services
• Attempting to circumvent security measures or access controls
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform's operation
• Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

7. KYC and Compliance

Kori Pay is committed to regulatory compliance. We may require identity verification (KYC) before allowing certain transactions or increasing account limits. You agree to provide accurate documentation when requested and understand that failure to comply may result in account restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Kori Pay are the property of Kori Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kori Pay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kori Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Kori Pay after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
