How to Pay Bills with Kori Go
Use Kori Go to pay electricity, water, internet, and other utility bills without leaving the app. Quick, simple, and always reliable.
Open Kori Go
From the Kori Pay home screen, tap on "Kori Go" to access the bill payment section.
Select bill type
Choose the category of bill you want to pay: electricity, water, internet, phone top-up, or other utilities. The available options may vary by country.
Enter account number
Enter the account number, meter number, or subscriber ID associated with the bill you are paying. You can find this on a previous bill or on the service provider's website.
Enter the amount
Type in the amount you want to pay. For some utility providers, the app will automatically retrieve your outstanding balance.
Confirm the payment
Review all the details on the confirmation screen and tap "Pay Now". Authenticate with your PIN or biometrics to complete the transaction. You will receive a receipt instantly.
